There are many ways you can help Spare Key serve families with critically ill or injured children. Although not every gift looks the same, they all play a tremendous part in serving families and their children.

Matching Gifts

Many companies offer matching gift programs for their employees.  Please check with the personnel office in your company to find out if it has a matching gift program. If there is a program, request a form and submit it to Spare Key with your donation.

In-Kind Donations

In-kind gifts include donated goods, professional services and event hosting, and are extremely important in helping Spare Key operate more efficiently and effectively as we serve families with critically ill or injured children.

Stock Gifts

Both gifts of stock and closely-held stock are accepted by Spare Key. Gifts of appreciated stock are a wonderful way to make a lasting contribution. Additionally, you receive a tax-deduction and capital gains can be avoided. Planned Giving

Help touch the future by leaving a charitable gift in your will or estate to Spare Key. Whether you think of yourself as wealthy or not – your gift can make a tremendous impact over time. Leaving a legacy to Spare Key is easy, and a simple directive in your will brings much needed support to families in need.

There are many ways for you to make a difference through planned giving beyond a monetary donation. You can leave stocks, real estate, insurance policies and personal property to Spare Key. You can also make Spare Key a beneficiary of your life insurance, pension plan or IRA.

Contact a financial advisor (financial planner, lawyer or accountant) to ask for help in establishing a charitable gift to Spare Key, and to ensure you have an up-to-date will that reflects your desire to leave a legacy to Spare Key.
