Spare Key provides assistance to Minnesota homeowners with critically ill or seriously injured children by making a mortgage payment on the family’s behalf, allowing them to spend time with their child.

During a family’s medical crisis, Spare Key makes a family's mortgage payment for one month. This allows the parents to focus on their child’s well being and stay by their side during a difficult time filled with unknowns.

In 2007 we celebrated Spare Key’s tenth anniversary and were honored to recognize the founders, volunteers, corporate and philanthropic partners and the families we served and received back tremendous blessings in return.

As we embark on our eleventh year we would like to ask that you contemplate how you can help Spare Key and its mission. There are many ways you can help, whether it is a monetary donation or just telling others about Spare Key and what we do.
